Per the SWMBFO SOP's:

Professional Conduct

All members of the board shall hold themselves to the upmost level of professional conduct before, during and after a game at all levels. Professionalism includes positive attitude, proper attire, neatly dressed and professional correspondence with all those associated with the game such as coaches, players and administration. Conduct considered unethical, untruthful or detrimental to the board or the game of football is unacceptable and may result in disciplinary action.
